Returns Information

Should you wish to return your item, simply send it to us within 7 days of reciept (returns address below). Please advise us whether you require an alternative, a refund or store credit. Upon reciept of proof of posting we will process the return. We request that returned items are in original packaging and are unused. If the item has been fitted or used then please refer to "Faulty Items" below. We advise the use of a secure postage service for returns so as not to delay your refund.Please include the original invoice or a full letter with your contact information explaining the reason for return and your required course of action.


Faulty Items


If you believe your item to be faulty please make sure that you contact us before returning it by emailing at In many cases a member of our team will be able to resolve the issue for you. If this is not the case then we will need to carry out a full inspection of the item. Once this has been done we will issue a refund, replacement or a store credit. Please note that no warranty decisions can be made without our team inspecting the goods first.
